To begin with the base, a milky nude works well, Essie Sheer Luck is a winner. Blue and white gel polishes are the best to use, swirled lightly with a fine detail brush and a little acetone to disperse the pigment. The sparkle comes out with gold foil flakes or a metallic gel liner (as in the case of gold liner by Leafgel).
Apply the nude base first. To create the marble effect, place ball drops of blue and white after which they are swirled. Prepare the foil pieces taping in front of your top coat and closing everything with a layer of glossy gel. Do not mix it too much the contrast is to be high.
I would refer to this as a low-key luxury manicure. It is worth the time to wear and it would go well with natural materials, such as cashmere, linen, silk. Imaginative: brunch in the barefoot with a book in your lap. That kind of calm.

I think this design is an allusion to ski sweaters and Scandinavian patterns – crisp, geometric, and full of energy. The white diagonal stripes cut across a deep blue ground, producing the sensation of sporty, organised look of the entire set. It is not hectic but is bold.
To apply is a denim-colored blue such as OPI to infinity and blue beyond and white striping gel. I suggest strongly using nail art tape or French guides in order to achieve that clean line – this is one of those in which accuracy is of paramount importance.
Paint the base blue first. After it is dry, tape it diagonally and fill the space with polish or gel which is white. Muchly peel, dry and top up. Do the same to every nail but end up alternating direction should you wish a more kiddish appearance.
I use this when I am in need of my nails being strong. As they do have a point of view. It is excellent on short or medium-length nails and matches with the jewelry or minimalistic outfits perfectly with silver.
