Cute July Toe Nails for Summer 2025: 25+ Fresh Pedicure Ideas to Try This Season
Are you due for a major overhaul of your summer pedicure choices? In other words, July is the perfect month to show off your cute toe nails. Take care of your feet as much as you do your clothing for beach trips or barbecuing at home. And honestly, there’s no better excuse to experiment with bold colors, fresh designs, and those Pinterest-worthy summer trends we’ve all been saving.
This guide looks at the most popular pedicure designs for july toe nails this summer, including soft pastels, bright neons, shiny chrome and simple neutrals. If you like pastel pinks or colorful ombré, you’ll find nail moods to suit your summer taste here. Let’s make those toes the ultimate accessory this season.
Soft Blush Elegance for Sun-Kissed Days
A soft blush pedicure always looks charming, especially when the sun is bright and we’re wearing beach sandals all the time. Having this light pink nail color, with a hint of shimmer, is like feeling the breeze of a summer morning. The soft shine of pearlescence takes the light without being too flashy, making it blend well with all outfits, from loose dresses to shorts. It’s a quick and easy way to make your feet look pretty and polished on summer weekends.
To achieve this look, I always reach for OPI’s Bubble Bath or Essie’s Ballet Slippers—two cult-favorite shades that give you that soft, sophisticated pink. Adding a layer of OPI’s Chrome Effects Pearl Mixer adds the right amount of sparkle without changing the nail color too much.
Before anything else, remove the cuticles and gently buff your nails. Start by putting one layer of Orly Bonder base coat, then add two light layers of your desired pink polish. When everything is dry, use a shimmer top coat and finish with Seche Vite’s Dry Fast Top Coat. The result? A finish that stays shiny and lasts through days in the pool or at the beach.
I really like that this design helps to show off a sun-kissed tan. Every time I wear it, I get compliments even at the grocery store checkout—it’s that kind of understated chic that makes you feel put together without much effort.
Cool Misty Blue for Breezy Evenings
When it’s really hot, a refreshing blue pedicure can make you feel instantly better. Muted sky-blue breathes a sense of peace and makes a nice fashion statement. It’s tidy, it’s up-to-date and it perfectly shows the easy-going feeling of summer nights by the water. The shiny finish reflects light, so your toes appear to be little polished gems.
I personally adore Olive & June’s “BP” (Blue Periwinkle) or Zoya’s “Blu” for this tone. You can get a smooth, creamy look with both brands using vegan formulas that last for a long time with just two layers.
If you’re trying this at home, make sure to cool your nails before painting (literally wash with cold water)—this helps minimize bubbles in humid weather. With the undercoating finished, put down two thin layers of blue, allowing them to dry in between. Top it off with Essie’s Gel Setter Top Coat to lock in that ultra-glossy, salon-perfect shine. Don’t forget a little toe separator to keep things tidy!
Wearing this shade gives me major “East Coast beach house” energy. It’s relaxed and stylish and every time I look down, I feel like I’m on a vacation, even if I’m just doing chores.
Classic Bubblegum Pink: Forever in Style
Each summer should include a time when you really rock a classic bubblegum pink. This color is cheerful, lively and very feminine which makes it perfect for both brunch and picnics at the beach. The rich, creamy tone stands out well but is not overpowering, showing just the right mix of fun and refinement. Honestly, pink toes sticking out from strappy sandals make everyone feel a bit more fabulous.
I usually lean on Sally Hansen’s Miracle Gel in “Pink Cadillaquer” or Essie’s “Mod Square” for this look—they deliver that bright, creamy finish that’s perfect for summer. Plus, both are easy to apply even if you’re not a pro.
First, set your feet in warm water and massage a sugar scrub on them gently. Paint on your base coat, then cover the nails with two coats of your bubblegum pink. End with INM Out The Door Top Coat for a perfectly polished finish. Betina Goldstein recommends putting a thin layer of polish over the edges to prevent your nails from chipping early.
Each time I have this pink on, I immediately feel like my summer energy has gone up. It goes great with sun hats, iced lattes and a little bit of sun protection on the skin.
Mermaid Chrome for Statement Summer Vibes
Now that you want to flaunt your feet in the sunshine, get into the trend of mermaid chrome. The mix of iridescent blue, lilac and green changes like the waves in the sun. It’s not for those who blend in—it’s eye-catching, mesmerizing and almost requires a beach photo shoot. The shiny chrome gives off a liquid-metal look that shows off modern luxury with a hint of fun.
For this, I recommend starting with OPI’s “Funny Bunny” as a base, then applying Daily Charme’s Unicorn Chrome Powder. You’ll have to use a gel top coat and a UV lamp to get the glass-like shine.
First, prep your nails and apply the base color. Cure it under the UV lamp. Rub the chrome powder onto the top coat using a sponge applicator. Finish with a no-wipe gel top coat, cure again, and you’re good to go! Tom Bachik, who is Jennifer Lopez’s manicurist, says chrome powders are the best way to achieve a stunning, editorial shine.
I had this design on for a friend’s pool party in July and I was complimented on my toes more than on my dress. It’s like wearing jewelry on your feet!
Neon Citrus Pop: The Bold Summer Statement
Neon green is undeniably eye-catching which is why this split French tip with white looks so striking. The music is lively, exciting and full of energy, so it’s great for pool parties, music festivals or any other time you want to be noticed. Sun-kissed skin really makes the citrusy color shine, making it one of the most popular july toe nails this summer.
To get this color punch, I recommend Lights Lacquer’s “Jefa” for the neon lime and OPI’s Alpine Snow for the white. Their rich pigment means that a single coat is clearly noticeable.
If you’re doing it at home, start with a smooth base and apply one or two coats of your neon polish to all but the big toe. Paint the white base on the big toe, let it dry and then use a fine brush or nail stickers to paint the neon French tip. Finish with Orly Sec’n Dry Top Coat to make your nails last longer in hot weather.
My bright toes stood out so much on my beach trip that they almost photobombed eve.
Pastel Pink Whisper: Barely-There Romance
Sometimes, summer is all about a quiet, subtle look and that’s what this pastel pink offers. It is soft, creamy and airy, much like cotton candy clouds at sunset. This color is so light pink that it gives a sense of quiet luxury that everyone wants right now. It flatters any skin tone and works whether you’re on the boardwalk in flip-flops or stepping into espadrilles for a garden brunch. It’s a rare color that looks elegant, but never tries to be flashy.
I’ve been using Deborah Lippmann’s “Baby Love” or Zoya’s “Dot” for this type of manicure. You can easily use either, they make your skin look smooth and even and they last for a long time, even if you’re in sandals all the time.
I always tell people to stay hydrated before any workout. Start by exfoliating and applying a rich foot balm (I swear by L’Occitane’s Shea Butter Foot Cream). After you have finished shaping and buffing, apply Orly Bonder to help the polish stick. A thin coat of pastel pink and a shiny fast-drying top coat complete the manicure.
Whenever I put on this color, I think my feet are wrapped in a soft silk dress. It’s not too formal which is great and it’s perfect for when I just want my pedicure to look lovely.
Powder Blue Serenity: The Minimalist’s Cool-Down
When it’s really hot outside, a cool-toned blue pedicure always helps me feel better. This color makes me think of taking it easy poolside with a cup of iced matcha. It’s minimalist, soothing, and totally modern. This isn’t the bold electric blue we often see—it’s more refined, like the sky at sunrise when everything feels perfectly still and fresh.
To recreate this vibe, Olive & June’s “Angelfish” or Essie’s “Borrowed & Blue” are my top picks. The formulas give the cream its beautiful and breathable look.
The secret to pulling off pastel blues? Smooth application. I always recommend applying a ridge-filling base coat (like OPI’s Ridge Filler) first. Paint the blue on in two or three very thin layers, giving enough time for the paint to dry between each coat. Apply Seche Vite Top Coat as the last step for a shiny, glassy look.
Whenever I use this color, I feel like my summer outfits improve a lot. Wearing white linen, gold jewelry and blue nail polish, I feel like I’m on vacation, even if I’m at Target.
Rosy Glow: The New Summer Neutral
Blush pink is very trendy for summer 2025 and this one is the perfect mix of cute and classy. It is warmer than a light pink but mild enough to be called a neutral. It’s the color that makes your skin look a little brighter and your summer outfits stand out with no trouble.
For this tone, I reach for Essie’s “Pink Glove Service” or OPI’s “Let’s Be Friends!” — they both give you a chic blush that lasts all day.
Using this in real life is easy, but don’t forget to prepare first. Cuticles neat, nails shaped square with softly rounded edges. Use two layers of polish, working them in gently and finish with CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat for a shiny look like you get at the salon.
Whenever I put this color on, it looks great with floral dresses, denim shorts and even my yoga shoes. It’s like the little black dress of summer pedicures.
Peach Sorbet: Juicy, Playful & Effortless
Now let’s talk about peach — because honestly, is there any shade that screams “summer glow” quite like it? It tastes like biting into a juicy peach or nectarine when the sun is shining bright in July. It’s cheerful, lively and suits warm skin that has a nice tan from vacation.
I’ve been obsessed with Lights Lacquer’s “Slice of Life” and OPI’s “Got Myself Into a Jam-balaya” — both give that creamy, flattering peach that looks absolutely edible.
I always advise people to lightly buff their nails before applying to make sure the product is applied evenly. Apply a base coat such as Essie’s Smooth-E and then put on two thin layers of color. Add a high-gloss top coat to get that shiny, wet-looking finish.
I wore this color while on my last weekend getaway and my sandals looked amazing with it. It photographs beautifully too—my IG feed can confirm.
Retro Waves: Psychedelic Summer Fun
For a toe look that will shout “festival season,” these retro wavy swirls are the way to go. Because of their purple, pink, yellow and white color scheme, these designs are a perfect blend of nostalgia and modern style. It feels like the energy of a summer concert, a party on a rooftop at night and vintage swimwear all combined.
You’ll want a small striping brush or fine detail brush for this design, plus polishes like Lights Lacquer “Chiffon” (pink), “Amethyst” (purple), “Daisy” (yellow), and a bright white like “Oat Milk”. They have a lot of color and are great for doing nail art.
Apply white as your base, let it dry completely and then draw the waves with every color you want. Acetone-clean your brush in between different shades to make your lines stand out. Finish with a gel-like top coat (I love Essie Gel Couture Top Coat) to seal and smooth.
I was wearing the same style last summer at a music festival and people couldn’t stop complimenting my shoes. It’s fun, stands out and can be worn with your usual slides.
Ocean Breeze: The Ultimate Vacation Blue
Soft seafoam blue has a way of making us think of taking a vacation. The scent is relaxing, fresh and reminds you of drinking a fruity drink under a striped beach umbrella. You can wear this cool pastel blue in July — it’s fresh, has a bit of fun and goes well with any outfit, whether you’re in vacation clothes or jeans.
To recreate this airy vibe, I love Essie’s “Saltwater Happy” or Olive & June’s “Angelfish” — both have that creamy, dreamy finish that flatters every skin tone.
I always buff my nails softly before starting to paint them. Put on a base coat like CND Stickey Base first and then add two layers of blue polish. Let each coat dry completely to avoid bubbles — summer humidity can be sneaky! Use Seche Vite Top Coat as the final step to get a glossy and long-lasting finish.
Donning this color always reminds me of endless holidays. It’s the nail polish equivalent of being away from your emails.
Sunset Gradient: Summer Evenings on Your Toes
A glowing sunset is one of the best summer moments and this design perfectly shows it. Mixing soft pinks, corals and oranges together makes the nails look like the sky at golden hour, going from one juicy color to another. It’s playful, artistic, and effortlessly chic.
I use a trio like OPI’s “Mod About You” (pink), “Cajun Shrimp” (coral), and “A Good Mandarin Is Hard To Find” (orange) for this type of gradient. These shades blend beautifully while staying bold and vibrant.
I think a makeup sponge works best for getting this look at home. Dip your sponge in the colors, dab them on your nail in layers and clean up any color that spilled on your cuticle with a brush dipped in acetone. End by applying Essie Gel Couture Top Coat to make everything look well-blended and shiny.
This design makes me feel like I’m always on a tropical holiday every day. I have sunset on my feet and that’s something I love.
Soft Blush Minimalism: Understated Summer Luxury
Sometimes less really is more. This delicate pink blush gives a sense of quiet confidence and is fresh, sophisticated and ideal for everyday summer fun. It’s the shade you choose when you want your toes to look clean, polished and still match everything you wear.
OPI’s “Mimosas for Mr. & Mrs.” or Essie’s “Ballet Slippers” are my go-to polishes for this delicate neutral. They give a light but buildable coverage that makes skin look luxurious.
Prep is everything here: shape your nails square with slightly rounded edges, and don’t skip cuticle oil (I love CND SolarOil). Paint two or three layers of polish, making certain that each one dries before you add the next. Top it off with CND Vinylux Long Wear Top Coat for the best shine and longest wear.
Whenever I put on this blush pink, I feel instantly dressed up for a meal out, a short trip or a relaxed time on the deck.
Pink Ombré Perfection: Gradient Romance
The soft pink ombré style mixes white and deep pink in a way that looks romantic and light for the middle of summer. The soft and sophisticated look comes from the way the fade effect adds dimension. It’s not overly sweet, so it works well for weddings, vacations or just treating your feet.
You’ll need a crisp white like Essie’s “Blanc” and a vibrant pink like OPI’s “Strawberry Margarita.” Together, they create that perfect fade when blended.
Paint the nails white, let them dry and then blend pink from the ends to the center with a makeup sponge. Layer slowly for a seamless transition. Finish your work by applying INM Out The Door Top Coat to get a smooth and protected finish.
Whenever I look at my toes in this way, I imagine they’re made of pink cotton candy clouds, but they’re still grown-up. It’s a design I really like for July weddings and special events.
Pastel Rainbow: Playful Color-Block Perfection
There are days when you want to wear all your favorite summer colors together and this pastel rainbow design helps you do that. Every toe is painted in a different soft and shiny color which together form a bright and stylish pattern that you’ll want to show off in your favorite sandals.
For this design, I used a combo of Olive & June’s “BP” (blue), “JLR” (peach), “CDJ” (lilac), “KMC” (coral), and “JLR” (pink chrome). You get the feeling of having a whole summer wardrobe right on your feet.
The nail gets two coats of the chosen color, painted on evenly and in thin layers to prevent bubbles. Apply your brushstrokes smoothly and when the polish is dry, use Essie Gel Setter Top Coat for a glossy, salon-like shine.
When I have pastel rainbow toes, I find myself smiling all the time. Summer makes you feel so happy, as if you’re walking on little scoops of rainbow sherbet all the time.
Hot Sunset Ombre: Heatwave on Your Toes
Let’s talk heat. This fiery ombre style looks like July captured and painted on your nails. The mix of neon pink and electric orange looks full of energy, much like a summer sunset that never becomes less bright. It stands out, is unashamed and will surely draw attention at every pool party and rooftop happy hour.
For this sizzling combo, I use OPI’s “Hotter Than You Pink” and China Glaze’s “Flip Flop Fantasy” — both bring that almost glowing intensity you need to pull this off.
Achieving the blend at home? You’ll want your trusty makeup sponge again. Apply a white base first, then use a sponge to dab on pink and orange polishes to the nail. You need to be patient, since using many light layers will give you a perfect gradient. Use Orly’s Glosser High Shine Top Coat to get a glass-like shine on your nails.
I always get compliments and people asking me where I got my nails done. It feels like a personal tropical heatwave is making your feet move.
Sage Green Calm: Earthy Summer Neutral
Sage green is now one of the most popular neutral colors, especially for cute july toe nails this summer. It’s understated, earthy, and unexpectedly chic. This soft green looks amazing with linen clothes, sandals made from natural materials and simple gold jewelry — it brings a peaceful, spa-like feeling.
My favorites for this tone are Olive & June’s “WKF” and Essie’s “Can Dew Attitude” — both are creamy, pigmented, and super flattering on summer skin.
Prep-wise, keep the shape short and natural. Apply two thin layers of polish over a sticky base, then finish with Deborah Lippmann’s Gel Lab Pro Top Coat for extra durability (trust me, it holds up even at the beach).
This color always makes me feel like I’m enjoying my summer with farmers markets, yoga and candle-lit evenings.
Latte Beige: Chic Coffee-Toned Neutral
This creamy latte beige brings serious quiet luxury energy. Warm nude colors never go out of style, are elegant and can be worn in many summer looks. If you’re going to a beach wedding or just wearing your usual slides, this beige looks classy without making a big effort.
For this creamy taupe, I love OPI’s “Samoan Sand” or Zoya’s “Chantal”. Both give you the café au lait effect that looks great on any skin.
Application tip: use a ridge-filling base coat to create an ultra-smooth canvas (I love OPI Ridge Filler). Apply two light layers of color, let each coat dry well and finish with Essie Gel Couture Top Coat for a shiny finish.
Whenever I put on latte beige, it seems like I’m wearing designer neutral shoes. It looks great, is easy to wear and matches everything in my suitcase.
Vibrant Violet: Purple Power Move
When you’re looking for an impressive summer fashion look, try rich violet purple. It’s daring, fun and completely unpredictable — just what you need when you want your feet to look like the centerpiece.
I reach for Orly’s “Purple Crush” or Lights Lacquer’s “Amethyst” to get that punchy, vibrant finish. They both go on very smoothly and keep their shine for a long time.
Before application, swipe nails with alcohol to remove oils (this helps polish stick better in humidity). Coat the nails twice and complete with INM Out The Door Top Coat to get a glossy and lasting finish.
When I have violet toes, I feel ready to face the whole summer in my favorite sandals.
Neon Lava: Boldest Sunset Ever
Anyone who wants to take their sunset toes to a bolder place — this neon lava gradient goes from hot pink to fiery orange without skipping a beat. It looks almost glowing, as if the heat of summer is trapped on your nails. This is for those who are daring and confident and it’s hard not to feel amazing when you put it on.
I love layering Lights Lacquer’s “Slice of Life” (orange) with China Glaze’s “Pink Voltage” for this vibrant ombré. The contrast is intense but smooth when blended right.
Start with a crisp white base for maximum brightness, use a damp sponge to blend the two shades seamlessly, and seal with a thick gel-like top coat (I swear by Essie Gel Couture Top Coat) for that juicy, radiant finish.
This look will get you compliments at every pool party, beach bonfire and late-night summer date because you’ll look radiant even after the sun goes down.
Rosy Petal Perfection: The Soft Pink Essential
When in doubt, soft pink always delivers. This soft, smooth blush is just a touch rosy, so it looks like your toes are naturally as perfect as this. It’s a great everyday pink that looks great on everything, from poolside sandals to fancy summer heels. Clean, timeless, and endlessly flattering.
For this barely-there pink, I love using Essie’s “Fiji” or Zoya’s “Dot.” They go on smoothly and keep their shine even after spending a whole day at the beach.
Always buff out any blemishes and keep your cuticles moist before you use these. Give the paint two thin layers and allow each to dry completely. Apply CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat to get a shiny, durable finish.
Summer always brings me to reconsider this shade. It’s not hard to look after, but it always looks like you’re living a perfect life.
Candlelight Pink: Classic with a Modern Gloss
This pink has a gentle coral undertone which adds warmth to it but keeps it from being peachy. It gives off the same feeling as enjoying rosé outdoors at sunset. High, glossy and bright enough to sparkle in the light.
For this polished glow, I reach for OPI’s “Lisbon Wants Moor OPI” or Essie’s “Backseat Besties.” Both are smooth, forgiving, and rich in pigment.
To get a glossy finish, start with Essie’s Smooth-E Base Coat, paint on two coats and seal it with Seche Vite Top Coat.
Whenever I wear this color, I feel like I’m out on a summer date and it looks great with either bare feet or wedges.
Summer Sorbet Tips: Multicolor French Fun
Let’s have some fun: this French design looks like little scoops of colorful sorbet on your feet. The yellow, pink, blue and red tips bring summer spirit to the nails, but the nude base makes them look soft and comfortable to wear. Wearing color like this lets you have fun without being too flashy.
For these shades, I use Olive & June’s “JLR” (yellow), “CDJ” (pink), “Stinson Sunset” (red), and “Angelfish” (blue). The base can be done with Essie’s “Mademoiselle.”
Choose one color to use first, let it dry until it hardens and then apply others. Paint the colored tips using either striping brushes or French manicure stickers. Two coats for full opacity. After everything is dry, apply a top coat to blend everything and add shine.
Multicolor tips always get me compliments and it feels like little popsicles are dancing on my feet.
Ice Blue Whisper: Cooling Down in Style
This light blue is like a cool breeze on a hot July afternoon. Because it is soft and cool, this undertone is soothing, elegant and adds the right amount of color to your summer outfits. It’s one of those shades that feels quietly luxurious.
I usually go with Essie’s “Find Me An Oasis” or Olive & June’s “Angelfish” for this cool, creamy shade.
Paint two layers over a smoothing base coat like CND RidgeFX, then use Orly’s Glosser Top Coat to make the pastel colors shine brightly in the sun.
This blue makes me feel like I’m in a breezy Hamptons cottage, where everything is simple, chic and neat.
Mint Sorbet: Fresh Green Summer Pop
Mint green is really trending for cute july toe nails this summer — it’s fun, light and can be worn in many different ways. The soft blush mint color refreshes your style just like a chilled mojito on a warm evening outside.
For the perfect mint, I love Essie’s “Mint Candy Apple” or Zoya’s “Neely.” They are both made with a soft, smooth formula that makes it easy to give yourself a pedicure at home.
Smooth your nails before painting, use two layers of mint polish and seal it all with a high-gloss top coat like INM Out The Door for a shiny summer look.
Mint shoes give your feet a little extra confidence—they’re soft and playful and they look great with both colorful or plain outfits.
Deep Berry Luxe: The Unexpected Summer Classic
We shouldn’t think dark nail colors are only for autumn — this berry shade is taking over for cute july toe nails in summer 2025. This color is rich, sophisticated and very stylish, adding a moody touch to the usual bright summer colors. When worn with a white linen dress or gold sandals, it looks very luxurious.
I love using OPI’s “Lincoln Park After Dark” or Zoya’s “Casey” for this deep, dramatic vibe. They’re super pigmented and apply like silk.
Make sure darker shades stay perfect by applying a base coat first and then two coats of nail polish. Use Seche Vite Top Coat at the end to get a shiny result and no streaks. With dark colors, even the smallest mistakes are noticeable, so being steady is very important.
Whenever I pick a berry color in summer, it seems special and a bit ahead of the trends.
Lavender Pop: Soft, Playful & Totally In
Lavender is becoming very popular right now and that’s because it’s a feminine, stylish and flattering color. This shade of purple is soft and bright, giving a sense of freshness and still being playful.
For that perfect lavender hue, I recommend Essie’s “Play Date” or Olive & June’s “Lavender Fields.” They give you a creamy shade with a good mix of cool and warm undertones.
Apply the base coat once, let it dry and then apply another coat. Apply CND Vinylux Top Coat after the base and color coats to preserve your manicure and stop beach sand and saltwater from ruining it.
Every time I look at my lavender nails, they make me happy. It’s a color that looks like a little surprise hiding inside your sandals.
Modern French: The Minimalist’s Classic
French tips have always been around, but this summer, they’re looking cleaner, sharper and more modern. This method leaves the nail bed a soft nude and adds a sharp, even white tip for a trendy, elegant look that always seems luxurious.
For this polished look, use Essie’s “Mademoiselle” as the base and OPI’s “Alpine Snow” for the tips.
Follow a French manicure guide or use a fine detailing brush to get symmetrical results. Apply Essie Gel Couture Top Coat to get a shiny and durable nail look.
Wearing a French pedicure feels like having your wardrobe permanently set to “resort casual.” It looks good with everything, from shorts to sundresses.
Orange Crush: The Vitamin C Boost for Your Feet
There is no color more summery than this joyful, bright orange. Bright and cozy, it makes you feel as if you have sunshine on your toes. Pink looks great on tanned skin and goes well with white, denim or tropical patterns.
I’ve been loving OPI’s “A Good Mandarin Is Hard To Find” and Lights Lacquer’s “Slice of Life.” They apply smoothly and cover completely, so they look almost luminous in the sun.
Use your regular preparation, apply two layers and end with INM Out The Door Top Coat for a very strong shine.
Whenever I put on this orange, I feel like I’m 10% happier and that’s what nail polish is all about.
Neon Lemon: Highlighter Bright & Totally Viral
If you like your nails to draw attention, put on this neon lemon shade. Trending all over TikTok for cute july toe nails for summer 2025, this shade is electric, punchy and impossible to miss.
For this highlighter glow, I reach for China Glaze’s “Yellow Polka Dot Bikini” or Lights Lacquer’s “Limón.” The strongest results will appear when you use a white base coat first.
Start with one or two coats of OPI’s “Alpine Snow” to prime the nail, then layer your neon lemon shade. Coat the nails with Seche Vite Top Coat to keep the neon color from fading.
Every time I have neon yellow toenails, people I don’t know stop me to talk about them. It’s that level of summer fun.
